MyCredWall Terms of Use

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using MyCredWall, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use & Upload Policy, and other policies incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to create and independently operate a MyCredWall account. By using the service, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use MyCredWall on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify MyCredWall at support@mycredwall.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your professional profile and public information

MyCredWall allows you to organize and display professional information including biographies, work history, education, credentials, licenses, certifications, awards, accomplishments, publications, community service, professional links, images, documents and supporting evidence. You decide what content to add and, where controls are available, whether it is public, private, listed or otherwise restricted.

Information you intentionally make public may be viewed, copied, indexed, cached, downloaded, screenshotted, shared or otherwise used by third parties outside MyCredWall's control. Removing content from MyCredWall may not remove copies previously created or retained by search engines, recipients, archives or other third parties.

4. Accuracy of credentials and user content

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality and completeness of information you submit. You may not fabricate, alter or materially misrepresent degrees, employment, military service, licenses, certifications, awards, testimonials, accomplishments or other professional claims. MyCredWall does not independently verify every user-submitted credential or statement unless a feature expressly states that a particular item has been verified.

5. Ownership and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MyCredWall a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, format, transmit and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the service and to display content according to the visibility settings you select.

You represent that you own or have permission to use content you upload and that your content does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

6. Sensitive information and uploaded evidence

Do not upload Social Security numbers, financial-account information, full payment-card information, passwords, security codes, tax identifiers, medical records or other highly sensitive personal information. Review and redact resumes, diplomas, certificates, licenses, awards, photographs and other documents before upload. Automated privacy checks, if offered, are assistance tools only and are not guaranteed to identify every sensitive item.

7. AI-assisted features

MyCredWall may use artificial-intelligence tools to assist with tasks such as organizing resume or CV information, answering product-help questions, suggesting structure or helping users review content. AI-generated or AI-extracted information may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving information before relying on it or publishing it. MyCredWall does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.

8. Third-party services and links

MyCredWall may rely on or link to third-party services for hosting, authentication, file storage, artificial-intelligence processing, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and other functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MyCredWall is not responsible for the availability, security, content or actions of third-party websites or services.

9. Payments and subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are enabled, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms and applicable cancellation information will be disclosed before purchase. Payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyCredWall does not store full payment-card numbers on its own application database.

10. MyCredWall intellectual property

MyCredWall's name, logos, software, interface, original design elements, documentation and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to MyCredWall and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law or expressly permitted, use of the service does not grant you a license to reproduce or commercially exploit MyCredWall intellectual property.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not use MyCredWall to impersonate others, commit fraud, upload malicious code, evade security controls, scrape restricted information, infringe another person's rights, harass others, publish unlawfully obtained personal information or otherwise violate the Acceptable Use & Upload Policy or applicable law.

12. No guarantee of employment, admissions, business or search results

MyCredWall is a presentation and professional-identity platform. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, admissions, licensing, credential recognition, clients, contracts, revenue, search-engine ranking, AI-search visibility or any other professional outcome.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCredWall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or that all user-submitted information will be accurate.

14. Security and unauthorized access

MyCredWall uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online platform, network, database, file-storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. You acknowledge risks including cyberattack, phishing, credential theft, malware, unauthorized access, data interception, identity theft and misuse of information that you choose to publish.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyCredWall and its owners, affiliates, officers, contractors, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, employment opportunities, reputation, goodwill, data or other intangible losses arising from or related to the service.

This limitation includes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, claims arising from user-published information, third-party copying or misuse of public information, unauthorized account access, identity theft, fraud, security incidents, service interruptions, AI output, third-party services, or decisions made by employers, schools, clients, licensing bodies or other viewers of a CredWall.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCredWall's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid MyCredWall during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyCredWall and its owners, affiliates, officers, contractors, employees, agents and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or false or misleading information you publish.

17. Suspension and termination

MyCredWall may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, respond to security threats or protect the integrity of the service.

18. Governing law and dispute terms

MyCredWall will publish final governing-law, venue, arbitration and related dispute-resolution provisions after review by qualified legal counsel and before general commercial launch. No governing jurisdiction from another business's legacy terms is incorporated into this agreement.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MyCredWall evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service, email or another reasonable method and may require renewed acceptance.

20. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms may be sent to support@mycredwall.com. A physical mailing address and telephone contact may be added after MyCredWall finalizes its business contact information.
