Acceptable Use & Upload Policy

Do not upload highly sensitive information
Do not upload or publish Social Security numbers, bank or investment account numbers, credit or debit card data, passwords, security codes, tax identifiers, medical records or other highly sensitive information.
Review and redact files before upload
You are responsible for scanning and reviewing resumes, diplomas, certificates, licenses, awards, photographs and other files before upload. Remove information you do not want stored or displayed, including signatures, home addresses, dates of birth, student IDs, employee IDs, serial numbers, barcodes or QR codes where appropriate.
Only upload content you have the right to use
Do not upload documents, images, testimonials, credentials or other materials that you do not own or have authorization to display.
No fraudulent credentials or impersonation
Do not fabricate, alter or misrepresent professional licenses, degrees, certifications, awards, employment, military service, testimonials or other credentials, and do not impersonate another person or organization.
No malicious or unlawful use
Do not use MyCredWall to distribute malware, facilitate fraud, harass others, violate privacy rights, evade security controls, scrape restricted data or engage in unlawful activity.
Public means public
Content intentionally marked public may be viewed and shared by people outside your intended audience. Use private or listed settings when the supporting file itself should not be publicly accessible.
Enforcement
MyCredWall may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this policy or create security, legal or integrity risks.
