PRIVACY CONTROLS

Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: August 28, 2026

MyCredWall is designed around deliberate visibility. Your professional story may include information you want the public to see and supporting material you prefer to keep private.

Profile visibility

Where available, you may choose whether your CredWall is public, private or otherwise restricted. Public profiles may be viewed without signing in. Private or unpublished profiles are not intended for public viewing.

Visual evidence

Supporting documents and images may offer separate visibility controls. A credential may be listed publicly while its supporting file remains private. Only make an evidence file public when you have reviewed it carefully and are comfortable allowing anyone with access to the public profile to view it.

Search indexing

Where search-indexing controls are offered, you may indicate whether your public CredWall should be available for search-engine indexing. Search engines and third parties may retain cached copies after information has been public, so disabling indexing does not guarantee removal of previously indexed material.

Correcting or removing information

You may edit or remove supported profile information through your account. If you need assistance with information that cannot be changed through available controls, contact support@mycredwall.com.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

MyCredWall does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because MyCredWall does not currently engage in those practices, there is not presently a separate "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out required for ordinary use of the service.

Global Privacy Control

If MyCredWall introduces practices for which applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, we will update our systems and this page as required by applicable law.

Marketing email

If optional marketing communications are introduced, you may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link provided in those messages. Transactional, security, support and account-related communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or other treatment of personal information. To submit a privacy request, contact support@mycredwall.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Before publishing

Review your public CredWall as a visitor would see it. Do not publish Social Security numbers, financial-account details, passwords, tax identifiers, full payment-card information, medical records or other highly sensitive personal information.
